Ces boues pr\u00e9sentent un comportement rh\u00e9ologique particulier : p\u00e2teuses et quasi solides au repos, elles se fluidifient une fois mises en \u00e9coulement. Cette caract\u00e9ristique, propre aux fluides non newtoniens, rend leur pompage complexe et n\u00e9cessite une connaissance pr\u00e9cise de leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s pour concevoir des syst\u00e8mes hydrauliques adapt\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Un mauvais dimensionnement des pompes peut entra\u00eener des blocages, une surconsommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique ou une usure pr\u00e9matur\u00e9e des \u00e9quipements.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_cta_1 et_pb_promo et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module usecase-paragraph\"><div class=\"et_pb_promo_description\"><h2 class=\"et_pb_module_header\">Comment dimensionner un syst\u00e8me de pompage de boues d\u2019\u00e9puration ? <\/h2><div class=\"et_pb_promo_content\"><p>Les boues d\u2019\u00e9puration sont des fluides p\u00e2teux, d\u2019aspect solide au repos, qui fluidifient une fois mises en \u00e9coulement. Le dimensionnement d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de pompage impose de connaitre leurs caract\u00e9ristiques rh\u00e9ologiques afin d\u2019amorcer la mise en \u00e9coulement et d\u2019optimiser la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique pendant le pompage.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_cta_2 et_pb_promo et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module usecase-paragraph\"><div class=\"et_pb_promo_description\"><h2 class=\"et_pb_module_header\">M\u00e9thodologie<\/h2><div class=\"et_pb_promo_content\"><p>L'analyse des \u00e9chantillons de boues de compositions diff\u00e9rentes se fait au travers de tests de mise en \u00e9coulement selon la norme ISO 3219. En entr\u00e9e de pompe, la pression est alors:<\/p>\n<p>P=P_stat+4L\/D \u03c3_y<\/p>\n<p>Avec Pstat la pression exerc\u00e9e par le poids de la couche de fluide, et L et D les dimensions (longueur et diam\u00e8tre) de la conduite d\u2019aspiration.<\/p>\n<p>La consistance et l\u2019indice d\u2019\u00e9coulement permettent de calculer les pertes de charge dans la conduite une fois l\u2019\u00e9coulement \u00e9tabli au d\u00e9bit Q vis\u00e9 :<\/p>\n<p>P_charge=4L\/D (\u03c3_y+k\u3016(aQ)\u3017^n )<\/p>\n<p>Avec a un coefficient d\u00e9pendant de D et n. Cette pression doit \u00eatre exerc\u00e9e en continu pour maintenir le d\u00e9bit constant.<\/p>\n<p>Si la temp\u00e9rature permet de faciliter la mise en \u00e9coulement des boues, c\u2019est leur composition qui est le principal d\u00e9terminant des gammes de pressions \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre.
