At Rheonova, we make the well-being of our teams a priority. We prioritize stable working conditions, without resorting to precarious employment, and offer compensation in line with market rates. We ensure fairness in our day-to-day operations, particularly in recruitment, by valuing diverse backgrounds. This is reflected in a team where more than 40 % of employees are women, including in technical roles, and an executive committee with a majority of women.

Are your instruments manufactured in France?
Yes. 100 % of our instruments - easyRheo and RheoMuco - are designed and assembled in Gières, in the Grenoble metropolitan area. We prioritize local suppliers and subcontractors at every stage of production, in line with our commitment to French manufacturing and control over the value chain.
How does your commitment to gender equality translate into concrete action?
Women make up more than 40 % of our team, including in technical and management roles, compared to an average of 25 % across French industry. Our executive committee is predominantly female. We ensure equity in recruitment, compensation, and career advancement.
Do you have a carbon footprint assessment or emissions reduction targets?

Do your training programs and services incorporate CSR criteria?
Yes. Our rheology training programs are Qualiopi-certified and accessible to people with disabilities. Our training instruments are portable and can be used without heavy infrastructure, which reduces travel and the logistical footprint of our on-site interventions.
