Our programs combine a solid theoretical foundation with hands-on practical applications using rheometers, ensuring a comprehensive and practical learning experience. Whether you’re a technician, engineer, project manager, or quality manager, we have a course tailored to your level and goals.

Our Rheology Training Programs:
3 Levels, from Fundamentals to Expert

Fundamentals of Rheology Training: Viscosity,
Rheometers, and Flow Behavior

No prerequisites. In 2 days, master the basics of rheology and learn how to use a rheometer. Options tailored to your products and needs:

  • Fluid rheology: viscosity, yield point, thixotropy, viscoelasticity.
  • Powder rheology: flowability, compressibility, Carr index, cohesion.

Specialization in Rheometry: Analytical, R&D,
and Production Tracks

Three tracks to meet your professional goals :

  • Analytical Track: Produce reliable and reproducible results. Develop robust protocols and unlock the full potential of your rheometer.
  • R&D Track: Shorten your formulation cycles. Use rheology to predict your products’ behavior and accelerate their time to market.
  • Production Track: Reduce waste and gain control over your processes. Streamline your quality control and anticipate nonconformities before they become costly.

Advanced Course: Industrial Rheology
and Expertise in Applications

Develop advanced expertise that can be directly applied to your real-world challenges.

  • Texture analysis in R&D.
  • Analytical methods for production control.

Frequently asked questions about our rheology and rheometry training courses

Who are your training courses intended for?

Our training courses are intended for all professionals who work with fluids or powders: technicians, engineers, project managers, product managers, operators and quality and laboratory managers. No prerequisites are required to start with Level 1.

Do I need prior knowledge of rheology to participate?

No. Level 1 is designed for complete beginners. For Levels 2 and 3, a basic understanding of rheology or a master’s degree in science is recommended. We can send you a questionnaire to assess your level.

Can I choose a training course tailored to my industry?

Yes. Our training courses can be customized to your industry (food and beverage, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, energy, chemicals) and your specific on-the-job challenges. Contact us to develop a customized program.

Do your training courses include practical application?

Yes. All our training courses alternate between theory and practical work on a rheometer. The goal is for each participant to leave with skills that are directly applicable to their work. For in-house training, the practical application can be done using your own samples and rheometers.

Can training sessions be held at our premises?

Yes. We bring our easyRheo rheometer to your location to train your teams directly on-site, using your own products and processes.

Can our training courses be funded?

Yes. Our training courses are Qualiopi-certified and may be covered by your OPCO.

How long do the training sessions take?

Each training session takes 2 days and can be conducted as open enrollment or in-house training, depending on the level and track selected.

How do I know which track to choose?

Contact us. We’ll assess your needs and guide you toward the track best suited to your goals and skill level.

Are your premises accessible to people with disabilities?

Yes. We welcome people with disabilities. Our disability liaison, Léora Slotwinski, is responsible for working with you to explore possible accommodations. Contact us so we can discuss the necessary adjustments together.

Do you offer online tutorials or training courses for beginners?

Our in-person training courses remain our main offering. To get started, check out our online resources. Contact us to assess your needs: we’ll help you choose the format that’s best for you.
