The ability of a powder to flow smoothly and consistently. It is measured by the angle of repose, the Carr index, or the Hausner ratio. A critical parameter in pharmaceuticals (capsule filling, tableting), where it is required by the European Pharmacopoeia (Ph. Eur.). It is also found in the materials industry (construction, polymers, composites, etc.) and the food industry (flours, powdered milk, spices, etc.). Measured by Rheonova with expert Mohamed Mouzaoui.
